Asus Eee Pad Update

Been a while since the last update. Work's been hectic and, just recently, a new interesting project came up that took most of my free time *coughworldofwarcraftcoughffxitraitorcough*

Anyway, I was just recently been told by some friends from Asus about their upcoming Eee Pad.

As mentioned previously, it's supposedly due last quarter of this year. Other revelations are that it would support Android 2.2 (yay!). Will have Wifi and 3G support (yay!) A 1.3mp camera and the usual USB 2.0 port and card reader. Display is an 8.9" LED backlight with a WSVGA screen.

Far left is the power button, volume control,
screen lock for the accelerometer and what seems like a card slot.

For a more in depth update, you can check out Engadget's article on this, and then some.

Thinking about it now, come late this year/next year, we'll be having a plethora of tablets to choose from. Makes me wonder......if Moses was alive, which one would he be endorsing?

  1. Any news tito mark about a "touch friendly" operating system from windows? So far, windows 7 touch PC doesn't work well with our fingers :|. hahaha.

  5. Nothing special. We're using a Gateway touch desktop (pentium 4, EEeeeK!). LAGGY. While we can stand it, yung operating system nung windows ay parang designed talaga for stylus and mice. Ang hirap mag touch touch! hahaha.
